Job Title: Sanitary/Mechanical Engineer

Location: Binangonan, Rizal

Job Summary:

The Sanitary/Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and sanitary systems for various construction projects. This role ensures that all systems comply with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations while maintaining efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the installation of plumbing, drainage, and sanitary systems.
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical and sanitary works.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that installations meet design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate mechanical and sanitary systems into project designs.
  • Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, health regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Supervise and monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and energy-efficient designs.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for mechanical and sanitary works.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Sanitary Engineering.
  • Licensed Mechanical or Sanitary Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in building construction, water systems, or related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing design, HVAC systems, and sanitary code compliance.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other design software.
  • Good communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
