Job Description:

  • Implements the day-to-day operation and maintenance of various equipment and facilities installed in the building such as but not limited to electrical substation and gensets, ventilation and AC systems, pumps and motors, vertical transport system, sewage treatment, fire pro, FDAS, etc.
  • The position is needed 24x7 to ensure there is available technical support to the 24x7 operation of tenants.
  • Supervises third-party technicians and other contracted maintenance providers and ensure that the approved scope of works is correctly implemented.
  • Reviews fit-out plans of tenants and ensure they comply to the construction and fit-out guidelines.
  • Supervise contractors' activities and ensure they comply to the approved scope of work.
  • Directly reports to the Building Engineer and in-line coordination with the Turnover Engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With up to 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Extremely dependable, creative and innovative, and with sense of ownership.
  • Can work in shifts (morning, afternoon and graveyard), weekends and holidays.
  • Can lead a team of technicians.
  • Good communication skills – oral and written.
