As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise in industrial engineering or management engineering will be crucial in optimizing our operations and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business units to understand their needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project goals.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management by communicating process changes, training users, and addressing concerns.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and measure success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and align business processes accordingly.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess risks related to process changes and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including the company's business consultant.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business analysis, process optimization, or system automation (QMS/ ISO Standards)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant industry certifications.
  • Masteral degree is a plus.
