DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviewing financial records; making adjustments as may be necessary to bring the accounts to its proper balances
  • Assist Finance Manager to report and analyze trends and performance. Summarize explanations and reasons for the variances.
  • Implement audit recommendations and procedures. Help draft policies for strong internal control.
  • Preparing financial reports using computer software applications such as Excel or QuickBooks
  • Support Finance Manager in review financial statements of companies and ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations
  • Works with Finance Manager and Business Unit Heads / Department Heads to prepare budget and financial forecasts based on assumptions about economic conditions or other factors that might affect future revenue or cost.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Finance Manager regarding financial reporting, controls, and policy improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • College Graduate, BSA, preferred: CPA
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, and Net Suites
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Oral and written Communication Skills in English
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite
