  • Experienced in business analysis, process management and data/reports analysis
  • Responsibilities:
  • Create process documentation workflows, knowledge articles, and policies and guidelines for the customer service processes
  • Provide support in the implementation of projects on improvements and changes affected by organizational directions and regulatory promulgations thereby improving customer service delivery and ensuring attainment of corporate goals.
  • Perform monitoring of customer processes to ensure that they are performing within prescribed KPIs by conducting process health check and mitigating identified risk and gaps.
  • Provision of assistance to address process and system related concerns
