Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in developing, curating, and scheduling engaging content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and others.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/design team to ensure consistent visual identity and brand voice.
  • Write compelling and clear captions, hashtags, and post descriptions tailored to each platform.

2. Social Media Monitoring & Community Engagement

  • Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, mentions, and tagged posts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and interactions.
  • Engage with the online community to build relationships and encourage participation.

3. Campaign Execution

  • Assist in implementing and tracking social media campaigns and promotions aligned with brand objectives.
  • Support influencer collaborations, giveaways, and branded hashtag initiatives.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices across platforms.

5. Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, memes, and platform features.
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to identify industry best practices.

6. Administrative & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining the content calendar and ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, HR, operations, etc.) for campaign alignment and content sourcing.
  • Support events and initiatives with real-time social media coverage, if needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing (internship experience accepted).
  • Strong understanding of various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand tone and visual consistency.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) and basic analytics tools.
