Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in an administrative, liaison, or related role
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Smart, resourceful, and with a confident personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (report preparation and tracking)
- With previous liaison experience at NTC and established contacts across NTC departments
- Familiar with the end-to-end process of NTC permits, radio station licenses, and value-added service requirements
Resource Utilization
- Monitor and consolidate reports and documentation needed for projects
Executive Admin Support
- Assist the Product Support Head in coordinating meetings, projects, and reports
- Support the preparation of bid documents for submissions
- Prepare and process JO, CA, liquidation reports, and related documents.
- Organize meetings: prepare agendas, coordinate with committee members, track attendance, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
- Maintain and archive records of meetings, reports, and activities
Records Administration
- Create, maintain, and safeguard both physical and electronic files for immediate retrieval
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company records
- Facilitate the proper disposal of records in line with company policies
NTC Liaison Functions
- Maintain a database of NTC applications and their statuses
- Coordinate with internal departments and engineers to prepare the required documentation
- Handle applications and renewals of NTC certificates, licenses, and permits (Registration Certification, Type Approval for RCE/CPE, Dealer's Permit, Permit to Purchase, Radio Station License, etc.)
- Prepare NTC permitting/application BOM/SE for projects.
- Monitor quality gates and ensure timely payment of fees (permit, shipment, NTP)
