Gastronova Hospitality Group is currently looking for Commissary. Must be willing to be assigned to BGC Taguig City.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Commissary (Savory) at Ladurée Philippines plays a pivotal role in delivering exquisite savory preparations that uphold the brand's renowned standards of luxury and culinary excellence. This position ensures seamless production of high-quality savory items within our commissary, directly contributing to the consistency, taste, and presentation that define our prestigious offerings. Collaborating closely with culinary teams and operations, the role supports efficient workflow while maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Provide warm, personalized service that reflects Ladurée's luxury standards.
  • Ensure accurate order taking, timely service, and gracious handling of feedback.

Operational Efficiency & Coordination

  • Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor service supplies and follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold all brand guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to an elegant, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Location: BGC, Taguig City
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours
  • Work Setup: Full time and onsite
