Job description

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships by providing a high-quality customer service experience.
  • Liaising with internal departments and traveling to client sites to demonstrate services, provide technical support or hold meetings
  • Stay updated on product launches and develop in-depth knowledge of company products to assist customers and the sales team.
  • Ensuring the timely and complete execution of sales processes, from order processing to post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications and Essential Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field like engineering (e.g., industrial, electrical, mechanical) or a related area is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are critical
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and identify solutions.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with the sales team and other departments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales is an advantage and willing to learn technical products.
  • Can drive and willing to do field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
