We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and supervisor.
  • Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
