Marketing Supervisor

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing and communication strategies to promote the hospital's services, enhance public awareness, and support patient engagement. This role involves managing campaigns, supervising marketing staff, and ensuring that the hospital's brand message is consistent across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, departments, and health awareness programs.
- Supervise marketing team members, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical teams to understand service offerings and create effective promotional materials.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives, health fairs, and public health campaigns.
- Manage hospital advertising, both online and offline, and liaise with external vendors and agencies.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with healthcare regulations and hospital branding guidelines.
- Assist with crisis communication planning and execution when necessary.
- Support patient engagement efforts through educational content and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital environment.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.)
