We're hiring an
Ad Operations Specialist
to be part of our growing digital media team.

This role sits at the heart of our campaign execution process. The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for setting up, launching, monitoring, and reporting on digital campaigns across social media, search, and programmatic platforms. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to make sure campaigns are not only delivered on time, but also meet or exceed key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—someone who can manage multiple campaigns at once without losing focus on accuracy or results. You should be comfortable working with performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Key responsibilities:


• Coordinate directly with the Performance Operations Manager to implement digital campaigns.


• Set pre-campaign objectives, ensuring metrics and targeting are in place for a successful launch


• Track, monitor, and analyze ongoing performance, recommending optimizations where needed


• Serve as a point of contact internally to clarify digital requirements before campaigns go live


• Produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights


• Maintain proper documentation for finance and campaign processes, ensuring accuracy and accountability

What we're looking for:


• Experience in digital media, ad operations, or a related role is a plus, but not required


• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or DSPs is an advantage


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• Good communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and shifting priorities
