Profile Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale Google Ads accounts across multiple industries.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and related ad tech tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in ROI, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, audience building, and data-driven optimization.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with advanced bidding strategies, automation tools, and campaign scaling techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting results and aligning with client or stakeholder expectations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and optimize full-funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Discovery, and Performance Max.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Manage and strategically allocate large monthly ad budgets, ensuring campaigns hit ROI, CPA, and ROAS targets.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy and creative assets to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B and multivariate testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Implement advanced targeting, automation, scripts, and attribution models to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand and business objectives.
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, industry best practices, and emerging digital advertising trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Help Communicate directly with clients when needed, providing transparency, updates, and strategic recommendations.
