● Call customers who placed orders reflected in Shopify to

confirm details such as address, product quantity.

● Update the Confirmation Agent Tracker daily with each call

attempt, SMS sent, status, and notes.

● For unanswered calls, ensure a minimum of 3 call attempts

are made, spaced out during the day.

● If the customer still doesn't respond, send an SMS and wait

until EOD before tagging the order as unconfirmed.

● Based on delivery address:

○ If the customer requests same-day delivery, tag the

order as Lalamove.

● Once the order is confirmed:

○ Proceed to upsell additional items or ongoing promos

where applicable.

Collect feedback from returning/repeat customers for

insights on experience and preferences.

● For cancelled orders, gather the reason for cancellation and

update the report accordingly.

● Submit an EOD report documenting:

○ Number of orders confirmed

○ Orders unconfirmed after attempts

○ Feedback gathered

○ Upsell success (if applicable)
