Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  2. Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to travel bookings.
  3. Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, and vacation packages.
  4. Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet sales targets.
  5. Enter booking details accurately and follow up on queries.
  6. Provide after-sales support when required.

  2. Are comfortable working UK hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHST).

  3. Have basic computer knowledge (email, web browsing, data entry).

  5. Prior telesales or travel industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
