We're looking for a Sales Associate to represent our brand, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, and build lasting relationships through personalized service and expert product knowledge.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers warmly and deliver a welcoming, high-touch shopping experience.
  • Assist clients with product selection based on their needs, style, and budget.
  • Educate customers on product details (stone types, gold options, care instructions).
  • Process accurate sales transactions using the POS system.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure displays meet brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment.
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups through phone, text, or messaging apps (e.g., Viber).
  • Support client outreach and schedule private showroom appointments.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and promotional events.
  • Ensure secure handling of all items in line with company safety policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or jewelry background is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
  • Confidence in handling high-value items.
  • POS system proficiency (training will be provided).
  • Flexible schedule – must be available to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
