About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Luxury Sales Associate at Job Solutions Manpower Agency under Rustan's or ADORA. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-end product offerings. Your passion for the luxury market and ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this position.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide personalised and attentive service to each customer, understanding their unique preferences and needs
  • Actively engage with customers, guiding them through the purchase journey and making tailored recommendations
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our luxury product range, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and merchandised to create an inviting shopping experience
  • Contribute to the development of in-store sales strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide consistent, high-quality customer service

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and a keen interest in the luxury market and industry trends
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
