Billing and Collection Assistant

Job Summary:
As a Billing and Collection, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and invoices to our clients. You will track and record client payments meticulously to ensure timely collections and maintain up-to-date financial records. Your role is crucial to supporting the company's cash flow by ensuring all billing activities are completed accurately and promptly. You will also communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies, helping to strengthen our customer relationships.
Qualification:
- At least 1 Year experience in Billing and Collection
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and and Familiar with general accounting
- With property management experience
