Assistant to HR Manager

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant to the HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Tanda software to send workflows to new employees and manage onboarding processes.
- Ensure new hires complete all required documentation (e.g., ID, bank details, super details, signed forms).
- Review and approve digital timesheets based on pre-set company rules and standards.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and compliance documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with HR systems or workforce management tools (experience with Tanda is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
