Salesforce Administrator

- Serve as the primary system administrator for with 1000+ users
- Perform user account maintenance, workflow updates, and routine admin tasks
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Support project work including data loads, verification, and tool chain administration
- Work closely with CRM solution architects and scrum teams to implement SFDC solutions
- Analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth deployment
- Provide technical support and training to end users
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Administrator
- Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201, ADM211) preferred
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Developer tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Bitbucket), JIRA, and ServiceNow preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, custom apps, workflows, and data management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
