Paid Media Specialist
Location: Remote
Reports to: COO

Position Overview
As the Paid Media Specialist, you will take full ownership of our paid media division. You'll be responsible for strategizing, launching, managing, and optimizing 100% of our clients' paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. This role demands strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and creative input.
You will work closely with our graphic designer and production team to shape the creative direction of ad assets and ensure alignment with performance goals. If you're passionate about paid media and thrive in a leadership role where your results speak for themselves — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
- Set and manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements.
- Implement full-funnel strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Optimization & Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Provide strategic guidance on ad creative and messaging based on performance data and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with our graphic designer and video production team to bring high-converting assets to life.
- Offer input on creative formats, hooks, and concepts for static, carousel, video, and UGC-style ads.
- Leadership & Innovation
- Lead the paid media division, owning the results and driving innovation.
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms/tools.
- Recommend new growth opportunities and testing strategies for clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Strong track record of driving measurable results (e.g., ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.).
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Ads (via Google Ads).
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, UTM implementation, and conversion APIs.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Experience in creative collaboration and offering feedback on design/video content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
