Responsibilities:

  • Manage e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Process and fulfill orders across platforms; monitor inventory, request replenishments, and manage manual or automated tasks.
  • Oversee Amazon FBA, Seller Central, and FBM orders, including claims, replacements, affiliate requests, and internal purchases.
  • Update MSRP, manage listings and discounts, maintain Amazon account health, and resolve marketplace or fulfillment issues.
  • Identify lost or damaged items, file and track claims, resolve disputes, and manage chargebacks with proper documentation.
  • Support Customer Service with product and order inquiries; monitor high-risk or unfulfilled orders.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain KPI dashboards, and track chargebacks and fraud.
  • Identify process gaps, develop and update SOPs, and maintain centralized procedures and resources repository.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product strategies, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Web Development, and Third-Party Logistics to optimize e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Work Schedule/Set-up:

  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
