About the Role

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels across major marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. This role will oversee sales performance, marketplace relationships, team management, and end-to-end online operational execution.

Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Management

  • Grow revenue and achieve sell-in and sell-out targets across all online marketplaces.
  • Monitor daily/weekly sales KPIs and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop promotional programs and align with Merchandising and Key Account Managers.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and set marketplace sales forecasts.

Marketplace & Partner Relations

  • Maintain strong partnerships with Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and other platforms.
  • Address marketplace needs, requests, and opportunities aligned with company strategy.
  • Gather insights from platform partners and translate them into strategic actions.

Operations & Strategy Execution

  • Lead execution of online sales, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Ops, Merchandising, and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaigns.
  • Improve customer journey, order fulfillment efficiency, and overall online experience.
  • Support system requirements, marketplace onboarding, and campaign implementation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Utilize Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Analyze customer behavior, funnel conversion, and retail metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommended actions.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise E-Commerce Account Officers and Conversational Commerce Agents.
  • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and coach the team for continuous improvement.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Inventory Monitoring

  • Manage stock levels, replenishment schedules, and liquidation of aging inventory.
  • Coordinate inventory strategies with Merchandising and E-commerce Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years total experience, including 3+ years in senior e-commerce or sales management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, Zalora Seller Centers, Shopify, SEO, PPC, and digital tools.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and experienced in using web analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
