Job Purpose:

Assistant Manager's main responsibility is converting leads to actual sales and establishing new business opportunities generated through digital (website, e-commerce site, and social media channels) and traditional (e.g standard purchase/volume transactions, consignment, events sales, etc.) means.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generating Activities:

  • Own the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform and all online sales efforts.
  • Assist with analysis of product performance and e-commerce best practices to arrive at recommendations on how to improve sales (e.g. tactical sales activities/campaigns & promotions)
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of revenue generating marketing campaigns & activities (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, other partner platforms, etc.)
  • Oversee overall leads conversion and inquiries through maintenance of Leads report.
  • Attends to Sales related prepaid inquiries/concerns of clients from PhilCare Social Media accounts and Prepaid Ecommerce Email (e.g. FB Messenger and comments on site and Alagang Pinoy, Instagram and LinkedIn).

2. After Sales, Operational and Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure that all sales related concerns are being attended on standard TAT
  • Make recommendations on improving customer online purchasing experience and journey.
  • Reviews the social media tracker in a daily basis.
  • Assist and reviews internal and external client UAT's, as need arises.
  • Assist on client and product orientation, as the need arises
  • Assist in Sales Demos, campaigns and roadshow.

3. Report

  • Daily updates the sales report (new and renewal and other channels) based on assigned new and existing partners (e.g. site, dashboard, etc.) in collaboration with the Senior Assistant Manager.
  • Weekly report of customer-trouble encountered (Social Media Tracker).

Assist the SAM in success measurement through different methods from traditional (e.g. roadshow, booth, etc.) to digital (e.g. Ecommerce Platform, Ads VS Spent, etc.)

Support the SAM (if needed) in the Market review, analytics (in coordination with Mkt, ITG and C&S)

  • Works with the SAM in providing research and Market Intel on current trends, competitor analysis, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate of Business Courses
  • Work experience related to Digital sales & marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Canva and Social Media
  • Office-based, may travel from time to time for sales penetration
