QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer
  • Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Familiar with all building codes and standards.
  • Knowledgeable in doing proper construction documentations.
  • Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2 year experience in residential housing projects or as field/site engineer
  • Can work under minimal supervision / flexible schedule and ability to meet time schedule.
  • Experience in housing building constructions is advantage but not required
  • Has experience in Mid to High rise building.
  • Can start by 4th week September or 1st week of OCTOBER 2025

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of day-to-day operations of the site work. Responsible for daily site work
  • Conducting regular job site inspections; actively monitoring the work environment for hazards.
  • Assist in the quality and safety audit; Identify and highlight possible risks on the project; Assist in the necessary documentation.
  • Accurately inventorying the job site and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained.
  • Ensure that EHS plan is being implemented and report all non-conformance to the safety pro
  • Report discrepancies and/or design concerns to COO/CEO.
  • Monitor consumption of materials (through coordination with the warehouseman) and initiate ordering of depleted materials
  • Monitor form work cycle from stripping to installation, and prepare appropriate recommendations in case of delay or poor quality Implement technical and safety requirements for the project
  • To coordinate with QA/QC Inspectors of non-conformities found, and to develop systems and strategies to address these non-conformities
  • Report any non-conforming work; Identify and report technical queries to field engineering.
  • Attend and review all benchmarking meetings
  • Assisting in implementing a site plan
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the COO.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php20, Php29,000.00 per month
