We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to not just manage but own our marketing strategy. Based in our Marikina office, you'll be tasked with optimizing our campaigns, increasing market share, and solidifying our position as the industry leader. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

Creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to meet organizational objectives.

  • Market Research:

Conducting research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

  • Campaign Management:

Developing, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.

  • Budget Management:

Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-efficiency in campaign activities.

  • Team Leadership:

Leading and coordinating marketing teams, providing guidance and direction to marketing professionals.

  • Performance Tracking:

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  • Content Creation:

Overseeing the creation of content, including website copy, social media posts, and other promotional materials.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align messaging and achieve business goals.

Essential Skills

  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop effective long-term marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to interpret trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Experience in leading and motivating marketing teams and collaborating with other professionals.

QUALIFICATION

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. Required qualifications include strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven approach to marketing.
