Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Selling Supervisor role based in San Pablo. The Selling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves training team members and inventory management. The Selling Supervisor will also ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a well-organized and efficient promotional setup in the store.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in Team Management and Training to effectively lead and develop store employees.
  • Excellence in Customer Service and Communication to handle customer interactions and feedback professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry is a plus.
