Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Selling Supervisor role based in San Pablo. The Selling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in Team Management and Training to effectively lead and develop store employees.
  • Excellence in Customer Service and Communication to handle customer interactions and feedback professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry is a plus.
