ADB Employees' Multi-Purpose Cooperative is urgently in need of Loans Assistant

Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for processing loan applications of members including sending notice of arrearages to members and monitoring delinquent accounts. The position is also responsible for responding to members' queries on loans and other services of ADMEMC.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or any related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiar with company policies, procedures, practices, and basic accounting concepts
  • Proficient in Windows applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledgeable in database administration and computer-based business application systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a client-oriented approach

  • Flexible, creative, responsive, and dependable in following through on tasks
  • Analytical and systematic, with strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Willing to demonstrate, apply, and share technical expertise across the cooperative
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
