Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a versatile digital marketing professional to join a growing Australian fashion brand during an exciting expansion phase. You'll take ownership of comprehensive digital marketing strategies while working closely with the company founder to drive sales growth and brand awareness. As the marketing backbone of this scaling business, you'll have the freedom to implement creative campaigns across email marketing, social media, and paid advertising channels. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's ambitious goals of launching exclusive product lines while maintaining strong sales momentum. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic e-commerce environment.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive sales growth
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, maximizing subscriber engagement and conversion rates
  • Create compelling social media content and manage brand presence across platforms
  • Design and implement Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns to expand reach and drive conversions
  • Generate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms that resonates with the fashion-forward audience
  • Update website content and showcase new product launches effectively
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic marketing initiatives and growth planning
  • Support promotional activities and sales campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous optimization
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success across multiple channels
  • Strong expertise with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation for fashion/lifestyle brands
  • Hands-on experience with Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads) and campaign optimization
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving marketing trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to working with leadership
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and fashion/retail industry preferred
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Available to work between 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM Australian time for optimal collaboration
