Client Success Manager (Part-time)
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $5/hour
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week for now)
About the Role
The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in guiding and supporting a team Virtual Assistants (VAs). This role focuses on coaching, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational excellence. While direct client interaction is minimal during probation, the CSM helps reduce churn, improve productivity, and drive team growth through referrals and expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of VAs.
- Conduct coaching sessions
- Review End-of-Day reports and productivity logs.
- Track performance, compliance, and provide feedback.
- Monitor churn and support retention efforts.
- Help drive team growth through referrals and expansions.
- Provide updates and performance summaries to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in team supervision, coaching, or operations management
- Strong client facing background
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
- Emotionally intelligent leadership style—balancing accountability with empathy.
- Comfortable with outreach tasks such as cold calling and lead targeting.
Nice to Have
- Background in scaling teams or managing larger groups of VAs.
- Familiarity with performance dashboards and advanced reporting tools.
- Prior experience in healthcare, tech, or professional services recruitment/management.
What We Offer
