Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client's company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client's business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

  • Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
  • Bi-weekly All Team meetings
  • Monthly reviews

About the Client

The Client Success Manager will own the entire client experience for the Group, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to completion. You will act as a bridge between coaches, clients, and leadership, transforming our 37-step client journey into a predictable and high-quality experience. Your role is crucial to driving accountability, reporting results, and ensuring all clients are supported and successful.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a straightforward status (green/yellow/red) for each client to monitor progress.
  • Provide weekly updates to clients, coaches, and the CEO reflecting accomplished tasks, next steps, and any blocks.
  • Coordinate with coaches to ensure timely management of travel, meetings, and client assignments.
  • Monitor key metrics on client and coach performance weekly.
  • Ensure clarity of expectations before and after each coaching session.
  • Follow up amicably yet assertively to ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Identify and implement monthly improvements to enhance client experience.
  • Ensure consistent communication so clients are always informed of developments.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in client success, project management, or operations, ideally in professional services or coaching.
  • Proven record of managing multiple client accounts successfully.
  • Strong written communication skills, maintaining clarity, professionalism, and approachability.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Proficient with ClickUp, CRMs, or similar project management tools for tracking progress.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights based on dashboards.
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality; proactive in ensuring outcomes.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure; adaptable to changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
