We are hiring a Client Success Executive whose mission is to maximise client satisfaction, skyrocket platform usage, and forge long-lasting partnerships. This is a high-energy role for a proactive, solution-oriented rockstar who thrives on building relationships and exceeding expectations.
You're not just managing accounts – you're a champion, a trusted advisor, a connector You'll be the driving force behind our employer clients' success, ensuring they tap into the incredible potential of the FastGig platform.
What You'll Do:
- Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding experience, highlighting platform features and benefits.
- Nurture client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maximize their platform usage.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure efficient fulfillment of client gig worker demands.
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain smooth client operations.
- Advise clients on market trends, competitor analysis, and optimal hiring strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing expert support and exceeding client expectations.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze client feedback, and drive continuous improvement of the FastGig experience.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years in client success, account management, or sales, with a track record of achieving client retention, revenue growth, and high satisfaction.
- Ability to build trust, deliver exceptional service, and utilize analytical skills to proactively address client needs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, job advertising, or HR is a plus.
