  • Generate and provide weekly Total Accounts Receivable (AR
  • Prepare and consolidate data for the Monthly Mancom (Management Committee) Report.
  • Extract and compute Monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and NOD (Number of Days) reports for performance analysis.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer account standings, considering average AR and purchases; provide recommendations for action.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation with Trade Marketing Team and Sales Teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in following up internal documents required to close outstanding floats, coordinating directly with concerned departments and sales personnel.
  • Reset reversed SAP documents due to erroneous application or entries made by AR Analysts.
  • Facilitate the release of Customer Purchase Orders (POs) and perform overriding activities as necessary.
  • Ensure provision of accurate AR information, coordinate with Key Account Specialists for updates on overdue invoices and collections.
  • Conduct fieldwork for account reconciliation, when needed.
  • Monitor and review weekly Total AR reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
  • Verify supporting documents for Credit Memos (CMs) issued by AR Analysts, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
  • Review and post Credit Memos and ensure proper distribution entries are recorded.
  • Evaluate and review Monthly Collection Incentive Computations to ensure accuracy and fairness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other Business-related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Management (Credit & Collection) or other accounting-related functions.
