The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the sales team and ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved while maintaining excellent relationships with channel distribution partners. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and conduct market and competitor analyses.
  • Collaborate with Product and Supply Management teams for accurate forecasting and sales planning.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for distribution channel partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and contract terms to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channel partners and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper product positioning, availability, and visibility in all sales channels.
  • Resolve partner issues related to orders, deliveries, or service promptly.
  • Track sales performance, analyze results, and initiate corrective measures when needed.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in distribution or channel sales. Experience in handling consumer electronic gadgets is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
  • Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
