Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Area Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, inventory management, and employee supervision within the retail or food industry. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to manage sales operation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the sales operation to achieve sales targets
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
  • Coordinate daily sales operations and sales process
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to drive sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales or a supervisory role
  • Skilled in driving 4 wheels with a professional driver's license
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexibility to be assigned in the Metro Manila area and nearby provinces
  • Exposure to inventory and employee management
  • Can start immediately
