Overview

Join a growing residential construction management team as a Construction Project Administrator, overseeing $750,000+ projects from setup to completion. This role combines project administration, client communication, and subcontractor coordination, offering a unique opportunity to manage multiple high-value projects while contributing to platform migrations, SOP creation, and process improvements.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: PHP 37,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST with 1-hour unpaid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle for $750,000+ residential projects from initial setup to completion
  • Oversee 5–10 concurrent construction projects, handling all administrative tasks
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, progress reports, and proactive status communication
  • Utilize construction management software (BuildTools transitioning to JobTreads) for document management, budget tracking, and project organization
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for scheduling, purchasing, and project execution
  • Track job costs, labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses to ensure accurate reporting and profitability
  • Manage change orders, quotes, and project documentation with proper approvals
  • Maintain compliance documentation and ensure quality control across all active projects
  • Generate and manage progress payment invoices and accounts receivable processes
  • Support platform migration from BuildTools to JobTreads, including data transfer and process adaptation
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures through video documentation and process recording

Requirements
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WITH TIME TRACKING TOOLS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and subcontractor interactions
  • Experience with construction management software or strong technical aptitude to learn BuildTools/JobTreads quickly
  • Understanding of residential construction processes, terminology, and workflows
  • Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and understand basic construction financials
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills to prevent items from falling through cracks
  • Proactive communication style with ability to anticipate client needs and provide updates
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and help implement new systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
