About the Role:

Are you a mortgage rockstar with a passion for precision and a knack for navigating complex documents? We're looking for experienced and detail-oriented Loan Processors to join a fast-growing team of US mortgage professionals.

In this role, you won't just process loans—you'll play a critical part in helping American families achieve their dream of homeownership. Whether it's a first-time purchase or a refinancing journey, you'll help make it happen smoothly and professionally.


What You'll Do:
  • Handle end-to-end processing of purchase and/or refinance mortgage loans
  • Review and verify residential mortgage documentation to meet investor and compliance guidelines
  • Communicate directly with US-based loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers
  • Track, follow up, and manage missing documentation to move files forward efficiently
  • Update Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and internal trackers in real-time
  • Ensure loan files are processed accurately and on schedule to meet SLAs
  • Provide excellent customer service and phone/email support, as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams for continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For:

Education:

  • College graduate preferred
  • Undergraduates with solid US mortgage experience are encouraged to apply

Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in US mortgage processing (preferably in BPO/outsourcing setup)
  • Background in Originations (Purchase or Refinance) is highly preferred
  • Roles such as Mortgage Associate, Loan Processor, Mortgage CSR, etc., are all relevant
  • Experience in phone-based or customer service roles tied to US mortgage accounts is a big plus

Skills & Traits:

  • In-depth knowledge of US mortgage documentation and workflows
  • Clear and confident English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with LOS platforms and CRM tools
  • Independent, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
