About the Role:

We are looking for professionals with customer service and documentation experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify borrower documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Make borrower/partner calls to clarify missing or incorrect information.
  • Ensure compliance with US mortgage industry guidelines.
  • Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to move loans forward.
  • Maintain accurate and organized loan files to support approvals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial documentation
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a US shift schedule.
