Customer Service Representative (Remote – Philippines Based)

About Us

We are a leading consumer dry-cleaning provider serving customers across Singapore. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and convenience through our home pick-up and delivery options. To support our growing operations, we are hiring a Customer Service Representative who will handle customer queries and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules with our local drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
  • Efficiently manage multiple service channels while multitasking under pressure
  • Address general customer complaints independently; escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager by tagging and bookmarking them
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery bookings with customers and drivers
  • Accurately input orders and schedules into the delivery system and inform drivers via WhatsApp
  • Provide location support using Google Maps to assist with routing and coordination in Singapore

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service (preferably B2C or logistics-related)
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations or coordinating service requests
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to type quickly and respond to chat inquiries efficiently
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, and delivery management platforms
  • Familiarity with Singapore's geography and locations is a plus

Education

  • Diploma or higher qualification preferred, but not strictly required

Working Hours

  • 5.5 days/week: 2 Half Days and 4 Full Days
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippines Time)
  • Rest Day: Weekdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php35,000.00 per month
