Technical Recruiter Job Description
Setup: Hybrid 1-2x a week onsite/ 3x a week wfh
Location: Makati city
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach – Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation – Review resumes, assess technical skills, and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Partner with engineering, IT, and product teams to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Recruitment Process Management – Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Employer Branding – Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding – Facilitate job offers, negotiate compensation, and support onboarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineers, data analysts, IT specialists, etc.).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends in the tech industry.
Typical Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in technical recruitment or HR with a focus on IT/technology roles.
