Technical Recruiter Job Description

Setup: Hybrid 1-2x a week onsite/ 3x a week wfh

Location: Makati city

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach – Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening & Evaluation – Review resumes, assess technical skills, and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Partner with engineering, IT, and product teams to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Recruitment Process Management – Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Employer Branding – Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding – Facilitate job offers, negotiate compensation, and support onboarding processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineers, data analysts, IT specialists, etc.).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Knowledge of current hiring trends in the tech industry.

Typical Background
