JOB ROLE:

The Maintenance Team Leader leads and supervises technicians responsible for repair of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other cafe facilities and ensures equipment are in optimum condition. He is also the designated driver of the department vehicle to transport the technicians and resources to accommodate cafe repairs, PMS, catering and other assignments to be assigned from time to time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervisory Duties

  • Oversees work of assigned in house maintenance technicians
  • Addresses minor discipline problems with team members; refers more serious cases to field maintenance coordinator
  • Assists with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new junior technicians

Department Vehicle Management

  • Operates department vehicles safely, following traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Efficiently plan routes, utilizing various apps and navigation tools, to optimize delivery times.

Repair and Maintenance

  • Performs maintenance of electrical systems
  • Supervise and assist in the installation of ventilation
  • Assist in cafe egress, store closure and acts as standby technician for new cafe openings, kiosks, and catering

Values and Competencies

  • Collaborates with Section Lead and follows instructions to efficiently conduct repairs
  • Prepares inventory of equipment from warehouse with corresponding initial recommendation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 2-3 years of Supervisory experience
  • Has a professional driver's license and is willing to drive
  • Has experience in HVAC and Refrigeration
  • Background in cafe/food industry is an advantage

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
