NOW HIRING: TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (Preferably Mechanical Engineer)

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

Schedule: Night Shift

We are looking for a highly competent and dependable Technical Supervisor to lead and oversee our team of technicians. The ideal candidate is preferably a Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on technical background and excellent leadership skills. This role requires managing night-shift operations, ensuring proper task execution, and maintaining smooth technical performance across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily tasks of all technicians
  • Ensure proper execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works
  • Coordinate job orders and deployment of roving technicians
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on completed work
  • Provide technical guidance and support for complex repairs
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols
  • Work closely with Operations for scheduling, client concerns, and task prioritization
  • Handle night shift operations, addressing urgent technical issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering graduate
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC-related works
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate technicians
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work night shift (required)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Physically fit and capable of handling on-site assessments
