Job Title: Equipment Technician

Department: Maintenance / Engineering

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor / Building Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Equipment Technician is responsible for the inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of various equipment used in company operations. This role ensures that all machines and tools are functioning efficiently and safely to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic checks, repairs, and maintenance on all company equipment (both small and large units).
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
  • Install, assemble, or modify equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and equipment history reports.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor and other departments regarding equipment status and repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in inventory and requisition of spare parts and tools when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • 25–40 yo
  • With technical or vocational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance (industrial, construction, or facility equipment)
  • Knowledgeable in both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php900.00 per day
