JOB SPECIFICATION
Education/Experience
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or any related course
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR or Organizational Development
- Background in Training & Development and Employee Relations is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable in HR policies, employee relations, and HR planning
- Familiar with recruitment, staffing, compensation, and benefits
- Skilled in training, performance management, and HR systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software
Behavioral/Leadership Skills
- Good planning, organizing, and goal-setting skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough in work
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Can manage time and stress effectively
- Acts as a role model of TEI's values
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
