Job Description

As an Influencer Manager, you will lead the full influencer partnership lifecycle-from identifying creators to negotiating deals, validating deliverables, and tracking performance. You will drive strategy, manage budgets, and execute high-impact campaigns that align content, data, and measurable growth.

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 70, PHP 120,000.00

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships (agency or in-house).
• Strong pitch, sales, and negotiation abilities backed by proven ROI.
• Experience managing influencer budgets and performance metrics.
• Expertise with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Studio.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Creative, proactive, and confident, with strong ownership and accountability.

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead influencer and creator strategy: Design and execute partnership programs that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and credibility across multiple audiences.
• Contact and outreach: Actively reach out to influencers through phone, email, and recruitment platforms. Keep the conversations moving, build real connections, and bring the right creators on board.
• Recruit and negotiate: Identify and secure creators who align with our brand values and objectives. Pitch campaigns effectively, negotiate deliverables and pricing, and close deals that maximize ROI.
• Plan and manage budgets: Handle influencer campaign budgets from planning and forecasting to tracking spend and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Campaign management: Oversee the entire process from outreach and onboarding to briefings, approvals, and reporting, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
• Validate assets: Review and approve influencer content to confirm brand alignment, compliance, and creative quality.
• Performance tracking and reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards that monitor CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement metrics, turning insights into practical improvements.
• Tracking and attribution: Create and manage UTM links and tracking systems to accurately measure and attribute performance across all channels.
• Influencer discovery: Research, evaluate, and use influencer marketing platforms to find, recruit, and manage the right creators for each campaign.
• Documentation and organization: Maintain clear and structured records of influencer agreements, deliverables, timelines, and results to ensure smooth collaboration and compliance.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with creative, content, and growth teams to ensure messaging consistency and unified storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Market and trend insights: Stay up to date on platform changes, creator trends, and new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Brand representation: Act as the face of our company in negotiations and collaborations, building trust and long-term partnerships with creators and agencies.
