Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in General Santos, for a Vice President of Real Estate Operations. The responsibilities include overseeing real estate investments, conducting due diligence, managing financial performance, and driving strategic initiatives for commercial real estate projects. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency within the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Extensive understanding of Finance and Investments
  • Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Management
  • Strong ability to conduct and evaluate Due Diligence processes
  • Leadership, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of local and international real estate markets is advantageous
