Junior Barista

Job Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all customers, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Expertly prepare and serve a full range of high-quality beverages, with a focus on coffee and espresso drinks, strictly following all established company recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront, including the service area, seating, and back-of-house, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts, ensuring reliable support for team operations and consistent service delivery.
• Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, adhering to all operational and conduct policies.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is essential.
• Demonstrated strong verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Availability to work a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal Barista certification or equivalent specialized training.
