We are looking for a Sales Manager with a sales team of 5 property consultants to join us in driving towards success.

As the Sales Manager, you are expected in...

  • Sourcing and engaging with potential property buyers
  • Analyze and determine competitive market pricing
  • Prepare purchase agreements and closing documents
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales team
  • Team performance monitoring and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Office manning location: General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite

Project Assignment:

  • Townhouse Units Selling: Laguna and Cavite
  • Farm Lot Selling: Nasugbu, Batangas

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales manager in property sales or construction sales (minimum 1–2 years)
  • Must have a ready sales team of at least 5 agents
  • With a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Goal oriented, can effectively train, coach, equip, motivate, and supervise sales people
  • In-depth knowledge of the property sales process
  • Vast knowledge in digital marketing
  • Available to start immediately
