  • Team performance monitoring and achieving monthly sales targets

Project Assignment:

  • Townhouse Units Selling: Laguna and Cavite
  • Farm Lot Selling: Nasugbu, Batangas

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales manager in real estate or a related field (minimum 1–2 years)
  • Have a sales team of at least 5 agents
  • With a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, can effectively train, coach, equip, motivate, and supervise salespeople
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate sales process
  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in social media platforms
  • Available to start immediately
