About the role

DATEM INC. is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our construction projects. As Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules that align with our strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules
  2. Monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources, and timelines
  3. Identify and mitigate potential delays and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
  4. Provide regular progress reports and updates to project teams and senior management
  5. Assist in the planning and coordination of project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials
  6. Implement and maintain project management software to enhance scheduling and reporting capabilities
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 0-2 years of experience in a similar project scheduling role within the construction industry.
  2. Basic proficiency in using project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
  3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  5. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural or a related field
